Hi Justin,
Thanks for reaching out to Redgate Support, sorry to hear you are having some trouble with intellisense in SQL Prompt 11. We have had a few users who have had some issues Dedicated Pools after updating, could I trouble you for your SQL Prompt Log files so I can review them and confirm you are not also being impacted? (SQL Prompt > Help > Locate Log Files)
Alternatively, I have heard a few users have success toggling intellisense on and off to get things going again.

Thanks, Christian. How can I securely send the logs to you? I do not want to put them in a public forum. Should I lodge a support ticket?
Also, where is the option to toggle Intellisense on/off?

Ensure you're using the latest version of SQL Prompt (v11.1+), as earlier versions had limited Synapse/DW support.

With respect to toggling intellisense, if you click on SQL Prompt and then click on refresh suggestions or ‘Enable Suggestions’ that should force a reconnect to be attempted by Prompt to load suggestions.
Are you using Entra MFA authentication with this dedicated pool by chance?

Hi. We (data team) has installed SQL Prompt 11 with SSMS 20.2. While intellisense continues to work with a normal Azure SQL database, it still does not work with our dedicated SQL Pool. Is there a setting we are missing to enable this feature?
