License Management is down?

When I log into my account and then click “My Products” I am taking to https://portal.red-gate.com/ but get a “404” page:
The requested content does not exist.

  • HttpStatusCode: 404
  • ErrorCode: WebContentNotFound
  • RequestId : 5aff4bb4-b01e-003c-0e64-8c6830000000
  • TimeStamp : 2025-03-03T17:52:11.6021787Z

Is it just me?  This is happening to another employee.  We can't assign the new licenses we just bought.

Thanks

Steven Stewart

    Hi Steven Stewart

This is an Azure issue and we're currently working on a fix.

In the meantime, please can you tell me what you were trying to access the portal for? Depending on what it is, I may be able to do it on your behalf.

I was running into the same issue earlier and thought it might’ve just been on our end. Glad to hear it’s been resolved. Appreciate the quick fix!

Same issue here. Our team is also getting a 404 on the "My Products" page and can't assign new licenses. Hopefully they fix this soon.

When logging into our account and clicking “My Products,” we are redirected to the Redgate portal URL but encounter a 404 – The requested content does not exist error, showing details such as HttpStatusCode 404, WebContentNotFound, and a request ID and timestamp, which suggests a portal-side issue rather than a user-specific problem. This behavior is occurring for more than one employee, preventing us from accessing product management and assigning newly purchased licenses, which is impacting our workflow. Much like the accuracy and reliability expected from Backus Estimating and professional Construction Estimating Services, access to licensing tools is critical for smooth operations, so we would appreciate confirmation on whether this is a known issue and guidance on how to resolve it so we can proceed with license assignment.
