Hi, I recently purchased Redgate SQL Compare and Redgate SQL Data Compare. I used the portal to add one user to the license for these products, and they were successfully able to access the software. However, we now have a second user we need to add.
When I try adding their email address to the license, a message appears saying "All entitlements are currently allocated, contact sales@red-gate.com to request more." I've sent an email to this address asking how to add entitlements to the license but never received a response. I also tried calling the phone number advertised in the contact page of their website (1-866-997-0397) but never received a response from that either.
Can anyone tell me how I'm supposed add entitlements to a license? Thank you.
