hovering over synonyms not showing underlying table fields anymore

So yesterday had an issue where lack of disk-space caused sql-prompt to go awry (root element missing).
Following an uninstall, and reinstall of latest version i lost all intellisense and auto-square brackets.
Following a couple more reinstalls it suddenly came alive with the above but now noticed that when i hover over procedure code where a synonym is being used, where the hover over used to show the table definition it now just shows the synonym definition. and no intellisense for the automating of writing fields
This was definitely working before my reisntall.
Any ideas -  is it a config setting somewhere?

    Found the setting :)
     SQL Prompt > Options > Connections > Load referenced databases option selected
