Official commentHi Mirco
Sorry, to hear you're experiencing this issue!
If the history isn't appearing, unfortunately, it can't be retrieved and will have to be viewed within your repo history directly.

We ran into the same issue when reorganizing under TFS—while TFS itself tracks the move just fine, SQL Source Control seems to lose visibility into the history pre-move. It's frustrating, especially with critical DBs that have years of tracked changes. Honestly, it feels like trying to play an fnf mod with half the chart missing—everything’s out of sync. Anyone find a clean workaround?

Hello, everyone,
We are forced to reorganize our projects under TFS.
In particular, we need to move the TFS folders containing the history of years and years of changes made to critical databases.
We have done some tests, but it seems that while TFS manages the history even in the face of a move, under SQL Source Control it is unable to access previous changes.
How can this problem be solved?
Thanks in advance
