FieldMapping not valid for MatchingMappings

I get this "informational" message on the "tasks cannot be completed" dialog box. I have my error logging set to verbose, but no logs are generated. I'm running the latest version and all tables have comparison keys setup. How do I troubleshoot this?

    Hi archerb,

    Generally this message is seen if the mappings have become lost or the mappings in the project file have become corrupted. Could you edit your project and double check the mappings are still there? If so, would it be possible to create a new project from scratch and see if that resolves the problem?
