Internal connection fatal error.

I'm getting this error when trying to compare two databases, and only selecting the "Missing" records option. I've seen this error before, and I think it has something to do with connection pool management by MS and ADO.NET picking up a bad connection. As soon as the connection is used, this error occurs.

I am running the latest version of DataCompare (3.3.8.304). Any ideas? I'm not able to complete DataCompare because of this error.

    Wasn't running the latest ver in my last post. I didn't realize that the auto-updater doesn't auto-update. I installed the lastest version (3.3.9.14), and I'm still getting the error.

    Ok, looks like it works on one machine but not another... Must be a Windows update thing...
