Tables not selected get have constraints dropped & readded

If I select 1 table out of 25 to be synchronized all 25 tables get their constraints dropped and then re-added. How do I prevent this?

    Hello,

    I believe we have a private build of SQL Data Compare that fixes the problem of constraints being disabled on tables that aren't being synchronized. I'll send you a Private Message with the download link.
