Upgrade to 6 = Unexpected Version Error

We used SQL Backup 5 but recently upgraded to 6. When the software was upgraded, in the Server Component Installation window, where Check Installed Versions, Check SQLBackup extended stored procedure..., Delete setup file from server, Updating SQL server information, are all listed, in the Check installed versions we received an error. The message is "The SQL Backup extended stored procedure DLL version 5.3.0.178, and 6.1.0.16 was expected". But it appears everything installed/upgraded fine. Is this a major issue or nothing major?
