Wow, I can’t say enough about how impressed I was with Tom Harris at Red Gate.
I do not have a license for ANTS Profiler, yet, but I was having a problem with the latest release candidate where the profiler was causing the ASP worker process to crash. We have a very large ASP.Net VB and C# portal application with thousands of classes and screens/pages so I figured locating the problem would be very difficult.
I posted a message hear on the forum and within a day I was talking/working with Tom on the problem. Within just a few short hours we determined the problem, Tom made the fix and everything was working great. Considering I’m not a licensed customer this tells me a lot about how these guys truly care about the quality of their products and helping their customers make use of these tools.
I will soon be a licensed user as well as recommending Red Gate throughout my Corporation.
Thanks and keep up the good work.
Ed
