Hi Mike,
You are right...SQL Prompt v4 no longer has a cache management dialog but you can still continue to refresh the cache by going to SQL Prompt menu - Refresh suggestions which would refresh the database you are connected to on the query window.

Thats even better , its not the first time I have refreshed the cache of a BIG db by accident and sat waiting, just to wait again for the one I wanted !!
Its normally the one you working on tha needs it anyway

I have uninstalled V4 for the time being , and I am busy refeshing the cache of a DB , am I right that the cache manament option has dissappered from V4
I deal with lots of DB , and after changes to schema its nice to just refresh a single instance
