Query executed against multiple DBs is getting "stuck" on last one.

Run a query against 35 DBs
Status shows it is at (34 of 35) and stays on that last one until I kill the process, (I've let it run for 1 hour before)

This happens frequently.

Process is not blocked by any other process

    What version of SQL Multiscript are you using? When the query runs against the other dbs, how long does it take? Is there anything significantly different about the last db?

    1. Version 10.16..1.14063
    2. On Other DB's the query takes approx 1 second. 
    3. Nothing unique about last DB
    4. DB list is approx 40 DBs
