How do I change my Configuration Information. I want to change the user

  Do you want to change the account under which the base monitor service runs? Or do you want to change the account that is used to connect to your monitored servers?

  The service account can be changed like you would change any service account.
  
  In the configuration menu item in the sub-item "monitored servers" you'll find the 'edit credentials' menu option under the three dots for each servers.

  You can change the base monitor service account by navigating to Services.msc and editing the login options for the Redgate Monitor Base Monitor service.
  
  The permissions for the service accounts can be found on this page:
