Did you perform a manual check for updates?
It should pull the latest installer but if it hasn't there might be something blocking the connection to the server. Are you able to send over the SQL Prompt log files? You can send them to support@red-gate.com if you don't want to post them in the forum.
Here's the latest SQL Prompt installer if you need it:
