Migrate Saved Tabs to SQL History

I just upgraded to a new computer and had to go to SQL History - don't love it, but I will work with it.  However, I'd like to restore my saved tabs from Tab History on my old machine to this new machine.  Is there a way to do that easily?  I have the SavedTabs.db from the old machine, but I can't figure out where to import it.

    Close SSMS, navigate to %localappdata%\Red Gate\SQL Prompt 10\ and delete the file SqlHistory.db.

    Transfer the SavedTabs.db file over, re-open SSMS, and the SavedTabs.db file will convert to a SqlHistory.db file.
