Error when click on SQL History tab: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

With the new version of SQL Prompt, when I click on SQL History tab, this error message pop up: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

I have SSMS version 18 and 20 and the issue happened on both.

    I'm going to raise a ticket for you because I'll need to see the log files to get a better idea of what's happening.
