How do I kill the "Refer a friend to SQL Prompt" alert forever?

The prompt appears and takes focus after SSMS starts as I'm in the middle of typing into the editor. Super f*cking annoying. How to I turn it off?

    clicking Dismiss at the bottom of that box worked for me

    Thanks. It's gone now. I swear that I tried clicking "Dismiss" in previous versions to no avail.
