Long Running Query alerted based on historical execution instead of duration

Is it possible to set up the long running query alert to be based on percentage over past execution baseline as opposed to duration?  Is there a custom alert that might provide this info?

    Hello,

    Apologies for the delayed response, at present we don't have this functionality and I can't see a way of achieving this with custom metrics. 

    I would suggest raising this request on the UserVoice site, votes on these suggestions can help prioritise future features! 

    Apologies I can't offer you a solution currently.
