I have generated an entire database to a Scripts folder and the output is nearly exactly what I need. I have to use another process to eventually run these scripts, but it appears that any dependency information has been lost, so there's no way to determine which order to run them in. Is there any solution for this? I was hoping that the RedGateDatabaseInfo.xml file that was created might have the script execution order, but no luck there

This isn't a feature within the tool, the RedgateDatabaseInfo xml is just metadata about the scripts. If you compare to an empty source and generate a deployment script, this will give you the execution order
