SQl Filtering for comparison

Do the filters apply to all types of tables?  as in do they apply to temporal tables?  Is there a way to exclude ALL Temporal tables in comparison?

    Filters will apply to all tables, depending on your configuration of the filter. 

    If you wish to exclude all temporal tables, unless they have a specific naming convention, you will need to name them individually in the config:
