Fixing broken documentation links

Do Redgate have any plans to try and fix the broken documentation links caused by the switch from flywaydb.org to documentation.red-gate.com?

Based purely on my own experience, it seems that most (if not all) links to docs on flywaydb.org simply 302 redirect to https://documentation.red-gate.com/fd/, which as a user, is obviously not very useful.

Thanks,

Joe.

    Hi Joe,

Thank for reaching out and providing your feedback. We apologize for the current experience, but we are working on getting this updated soon.

If you set your documentation link to https://documentation.red-gate.com/flyway and browse from there, that should work while we get this issue fixed.

Hi @chrisqtran - thanks for your response.

If you set your documentation link to https://documentation.red-gate.com/flyway and browse from there, that should work while we get this issue fixed.

Do you mean that any old flywaydb.org links should work under https://documentation.red-gate.com/flyway, i.e. by changing the URL up to the path? I realise one can manually browse around the documentation on the new site, but my point was that that's very inconvenient to have to manually try and find the new location of each link.

Anyway, hopefully this will get fixed so that all/most of the old flywaydb.org links work again and just redirect you to the new page.

    Thanks,

    Joe.
