SQL Prompt does not suggest tables, views, columns, functions and stored procedures

Hi, I have a problem with SQLPrompt, after reinstallation it doesn't suggest tables, views, columns, functions and stored procedures anymore.
I imported the settings from my colleagues, but it works the same. Do you know what should I do?

    Thanks for reaching out to us, I'm sorry your seeing this issue with SQL Prompt!

    Would you mind confirming what versions of SSMS and SQL Prompt you currently have installed?

    Also, please can you provide a screenshot of your connection settings (SQL Prompt menu > Options > Connections)?
