And, just so there's no question....
TYPO: SQL Prompt - Options - Suggestions - Join Conditions
- the text for the 2nd checkbox is truncated, and reads:
"Individual columns in multiple-colu" -
Since the Options box is not resizable, the 'menu window' should either collapse and grow, or be scrollable. I can't see past 'Connections' on it, but I can scroll down with the arrow keys and find "Connections > Login Credentials" and "Connections > Databases to Ignore"
Of course, I *do* understand that neither of these areas are enabled yet.Still, they're reachable by one UI method, but not another. Is 'typo'.

Hi,
We are not seeing this truncation here, so I wonder if you could tell me what the setup of your windows system is?
- OS & service pack & language
- system font name?
- system font size?
- display dpi (90 or 120?)
and perhaps if you could provide a screenshot, that might give us some clues?
Since you can't attach files to this forum, you can email the screenshot to chris.george@red-gate.com, but if you could keep the other info here on the forum that would be great.
Thanks

Clues, clues, I have a Briefcase Full of Clues! Here we go:
XP Pro Version 2002 SP 3 EN OEM
Display Properties
Theme: Windows Classic
Windows and buttons: Windows Classic Style
Color Scheme: Teal (VGA)
Font Size: Normal <the only option available with this config>
Screen resolution: 1920 x 1200
Color quality: Highest (32 bit)
System Font...
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\FontSubstitutes\MS Shell Dlg = Microsoft Sans Serif
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\FontSubstitutes\MS Shell Dlg 2= Tacoma
Font Size is 'normal'
Display DPI is 84, 88% normal size (so I can read all my icon text); normal would be 96 dpi.
Cleartype is enabled.
Isn't this how EVERYONE runs? Eschew Win-FP style and/or anything that requires GPU support to show your desktop?
Let me know if anything else is needed. Thanks for the support!
EDIT:: A quick test or two indicates that it's my Display DPI confusing things. I had forgotten I'd even set it, or I'd have checked it first before posting. Ah well, hopefully, there's more of a solution than 'don't touch that'. -
We have identified and raised a problem with the display of certain parts of the options dialog when the display dpi is set lower than the normal (96dpi).
Thankyou for your continuing interest in SQL Prompt 4.0 early access release. We look forward to hearing more feedback from you soon! :-)

So, like, the following:
SQL Prompt - Options - Suggestions - Join Conditions
- the text for the 2nd checkbox is truncated, and reads:
"Individual columns in multiple-colu"
Easier to find if you want to submit one, easier to submit if you can't find it.
