Hi @GaryGil
Can you please advise if you are trusting a server certificate when connecting to your server instance in SSMS?
Can you try uninstalling and performing a fresh install of the latest version of SQL Prompt:

"Could not load file or assembly 'Azure.Core, Version=1.6.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=92742159e12e44c8' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified."
It works correctly on the on prem databases and local DB's that I access.
SQL prompt doesn't have any suggestions in azure (no info on structure of anything in Azure) I get this error when it loads suggestions (then it connects or I manually refresh suggestions)
I've been having this issue for a few months. I waited for the new version to come out to see if it fixed it, unfortunately nothing has changed.
I'm using SQL Server Management Studio 15.0.18384.0 and SQL Prompt V10.13.15.3135
