Yes, you will need to reinstall SQL Prompt to see it in your new version of SSMS but this won't affect saved snippets.

have just installed SSMS 19.1 along side SSMS 18 on a RDP server with multiple users.
SQL Prompt does not work/appear in SSMS 19.1. Have tried to do a repair as suggested in another post, that did not work.
Is the only solution to uninstall and install SQL Prompt again?
Worried that my users will lose their saved snippets etc if I uninstall og install again or will they keep their snippets etc.
