Is ANTS Performance Profiler an EOL product?

I see a lot of questions regarding support for the latest .NET version, also any updates are lacking. I bought a new license september 2022 and now I get the feeling I bought a pig in a poke ;-)

Could you comment on the future of this product? I always considered it a very good product and much better than its competitors. That's why I returned to your product not realising it isn't updated anymore.

    We are invested in ANTS Performance Profiler and plan to continue supporting it. Things have been slow on our front and we're looking into this but it may take a bit of time to push some updates. Thank you for your patience in the meantime.

    This is a bit vague, what is a but of time, and what are the updates?

    I have been using ants/developer bundle  for over a decade, but it has become useless without .net 7 support.

    I will not renew until .net 7 and later is supported

    I'm also urgently waiting for an ANTS Performance Profiler to finally be able to profile my .NET 7 WinForms application without crashing all the time.

    The UI of ANTS is superior to all other profilers out there but when the thing does not work at all, the best UI/UX is worthless.

    Please, please, please make your tool usable again.

    If you go to the download-specific version page you see 'retired' so it will not be updated any more.

    Officially, none, IMO.

    Practically, I was able to use the latest version of ANTS Performance Profiler with a .NET 8 Winforms/MAUI application.
