How do I set up the memory profile a web app in visual studio 2019

I develop my web app in visual studio 2019 using .net 2.2.  It is a dev server rather than a IIS

I have selected the wwwroot of the app, set the server option to .net 2

When starting the app it should prompt you to sign in using AAD but when I hit start profiling all I see is the directory listing.  What am I doing wrong?
