Hi guys this server is one of group of SQL servers, although other servers has been added to the SQL Monitor this server is not ( it's on cluster group node 1)

Have you manually tested WMI connections from your base monitor to the server in question? There is documentation from Redgate on how to verify this here: Test the WMI Connection

In the majority of cases where we've seen this erroring (0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED)) it's due to a DCOM hardening patch that's not been applied to the server hosting the base monitor, details of this can be found in the following artilce:
https://productsupport.red-gate.com/hc/en-us/articles/5871647202333-WMI-error-after-DCOM-hardening-patch
If this article doesn't help you resolve please provide results of manual WMI testing as per the previous forum response.
