SQL Backup wont connect to server

Hey all, I have a group of 15 servers, however I can't get SQL backup to connect with two of them (when going to "add server")

I can connect to the servers fine from SSMS on the same machine that SQL Backup is installed on.

In properties, it says "connection error" and has a huge string that I can't copy and paste here. It starts with
System.InvalidCastException: Object cannot be cast from DBNull to other types at System.DBNull.System.IConvertible.ToInt32(IFOrmateProvider provider) at System.CVOnvert.ToInt32(Object value) at _16._1(SqlConnection, _17, Int32 &..........etc etc)

    Thank you for your post into the forum.

    Can you please check that your Logged In Windows Account has permissions to the SQL Server you are attempting to register into the SQL Backup GUI?

    The reported fault symptoms can occur when the logged in user account does not have the correct permissions to the SQL Server.
