Cannot create images, agent showing as Offline

Problem: Cannot create images, agent showing as Offline in UI & PowerShell

PowerShell: 

get-sqlclonemachine -name myserver 

MachineName         : myserver
StatusDescription   : Offline
Version             : 5.3.27.4396
Environment         : 
DataMaskerInstalled : False

Windows Services: 

Clone Agent service is running. I re-started it (like you do), no change in behaviour. 

Additional Info: Azure VM created from an image using terraform. SQL Clone server and agent running locally.   

Logs: I can forward you the logs, if you can tell me where to send them ? 

Please can you help, I'd like to know how to get the agent back online?

    rob_w was this connection working before or is this a new connection? I'd be thinking that port 14146 is blocked if it's new.

    Otherwise, have you tried restarting both the SQL Clone Agent AND the SQL Clone Server service?

    @TheMaskedData Yes it was working before. I also re-started the SQL Clone Server service, no change.
