  Could you possibly enable verbose logging (https://documentation.red-gate.com/sp10/troubleshooting/finding-the-sql-prompt-log-files#:~:text=single zip file.-,Verbose logging,-If you're troubleshooting) recreate the issue, and provide the resulting log file? This may help us to see why are you are not being served suggestions for the new table.
  
  Also, please can you confirm what versions of SSMS and SQL Prompt you are currently using?
