Why can't I Uninstall SQL Prompt 10.12.6 after a failed Upgrade installation

The upgraded installation to V10.12.6.30951 failed for some reason. It removed the Redgate drop down from SSMS 18.11.1

    Please can you upgrade to the latest version and see if this fixes the issue:

    Good morning Victoria. 
    thank you for the URL to the executable. I tried installing it and received the following Error Message. MSI returned failure code 1603: Fatal error during installation.

    Hi @clondono

    If you run the installer as an Admin does that change anything or is the same error shown? 

    If that doesn't help then can I ask you to open an elevated command prompt and add:
    >netsh http add iplisten 127.0.0.1
    After that has been added please run the installer once more.

    Good morning Victoria,
    Issue is resolved. I had my VM destroyed and a new one created. That resolved the issue.. I guess we can call it the Atomic Option. LOL.. Thank you for your help.
