Redgate SQL Change Automation tasks - ignore drops

We want to use Redgate SQL Change Automation: Build and Redgate SQL Change Automation: Release tasks in the Azure DevOps pipelines.
We haven't find how to NOT do drops (like the option for Sync-DatabaseSchema -IgnoreAdditional) in the devops task. Is this possible? or we can only do that using powershell scripts?

You would need to use PowerShell scripts in order to achieve this, if you wish for the tasks to be amended, I'd advise posting to the UserVoice here: https://redgate.uservoice.com/forums/267000-sql-change-automation
