SQL Prompt Snippet Manager Not Showing Share Option

  Just to clarify, is the 'Share' button within Snippet Manager greyed out? If not, could you please explain exactly what is not working?

  I've spoken with the team here. 
  
  I think the issue here is that you don't currently have the necessary license to utilize this functionality. The Redgate Platform functionality is only available if you have a SQL Toolbelt Essentials subscription license, you currently have a perpetual license.
  
  This also answers why the Share button is not showing - again you require a SQL Toolbelt Essentials subscription license for this functionality (and button) to appear.
