Install location for on prem and Azure

  SQL Monitor can handle both on-prem and Azure from one installation. 
  
  There's a diagram on the following page that sums up a basic setup that could be used for this:

  There's lots of other information linked from the documentation site above that will hopefully provide useful insight into how you can use SQL Monitor.
  
  Depending on your setup it may be optimal to have a separate base monitor installed in Azure as well as on-prem but ultimately can all be viewed from a single pane at the front end web UI.
