In setting up new profiling session, I am trying to Attach to .NET 4.0 process but for some reason I the process list does not list the process. I am running the tool as an administrator and have clicked on Refresh and also show processes from all users.

Is your application running in server garbage collection mode or any of the other things described at the top of this page https://documentation.red-gate.com/amp/setting-up-a-profiling-session/attaching-to-a-process ?
If that doesn't seem to be the case what type of process is it (standard application, windows service, windows store app, etc) and what version of ANTS Memory Profiler are you currently using?
