Misleading suggestions against comments and stored proc parameters

Has any one else seen misleading suggestions against comments and parameters when using v10.11.9.27382?

I'm seeing "UPDATE statement without WHERE or INNER JOIN clause" underneath comments and some parameters in a stored proc.
There is no pattern to where they are appearing and halfway through the parameter list these particular suggestions stop.
I'm even seeing the green squiggle on a line of whitespace in my /* Comments*/ section.

Restarting SSMS had no effect.

    Having rebooted my machine this morning the issue has returned


    In the above screenshot I have identified the suggestions being made from a fully working SELECT statement.
