Generate migration always has changed objects without any change in them

hi
i have problem with my generate migrations in change automation,
i have lots of procedures in my project that have extended property,
after create project and baseline script and without any changes, i have about 10 proceudures changes in my generate migration tab,
that has not any changes in diffrence panel,
when click on "Generate migrations" button, there is no script generated in "Version control" tab for commit,
after that when come back to "Generate migration" tab i have those 10 procedure in there.

i don't what is the problem? and how can i solve it?
