Exclude Pkey column comparing data tables

I'm using SQL Data Compare 7.1 to compare data tables. Is there a way to exclude the Pkey column in my tables? It's an identitiy column that will not always be identical and I don't want the comparison result always showing difference in rows because Pkey not matching.

    Yes, you can exclude any column from the comparison/synch from the Table and Views tab. However, if you remove the primary key, you'll have to select a replacement comparison key so SQL Data Compare knows how to match the records.
