can I compare oracle and sql server database with data compare

I need to connect to an azure oracle database and compare the tables in sql server database then sync the database. I am unable to connect to the oracle database.
An example connection string syntax or reference so that can review.

    Hello nddymyke,

    I'm afraid not presently. 

    Our SQL and Oracle comparison products can only be used to compare between 'like for like' respectively.

    You could potentially use our products to script out the dbs to migration files and then use this information to guide your choices, but your mileage would be highly variable due to the differences in technology and the feature sets potentially being used in either instance.
