Sending error reports cannot be disabled on IIS and 12.0.11?

Hello,
does anyone know how to disable sending reports to Redgate because our servers are behind DMZ without internet access.
This does not currently work from the application's web interface (Configuration->Error reporting->Disable).
SQL monitor version is 12.0.11.19926 on IIS10?
