SQL Prompt no longer offering suggestions

Seems to have failed after the latest update to 10.8.1.23216.  Strangely it does work for several databases in my test instance, and one database in my production instance.
I've tried uninstalling and installing SQL Prompt again, suggestions still don't appear, and I've also updated from the base installation version.
Is there somehow I can clear out anything cached for SQL Prompt? Refreshing Suggestions does not work to resolve the issue.

    Hi @LawrenceP

    If you go to Options > Connections > 
    check if you're loading suggestions for all databases

    You can also try Options > Restore all defaults
