SQL server disappeared from the list of servers

SQL Server disappeared after few days of adding, it has happened couple of times,
when I try to add the same SQL server which as disappeared it says already exist but can't find in the list. Could anyone know what could be the problem with this.

    Hi,
    Thank you for your forum post.

    To help us investigate the problem, we will require obtaining log files from you which I suspect you do not want to post in this public forum.  Therefore a Support Ticket has been created for you.  I will contact you via the support ticket and request the logging information required.
