Missing Rules from the Execution Rules

Is there a way to activate all the rules from the code analysis into the SQL Prompt?
The rules from the Execution Rules EI017..20 22,25..27 are missing from the activation menu. Is theres a way to activate them or are they deprecated?

These rules are part of SQL Code Guard mentioned in the following documentation: Looking at the following documentation page, these are available as part of SQL Code Guard: https://documentation.red-gate.com/codeanalysis/code-analysis-for-sql-server/execution-rules

The product has now been deprecated but you can still download an install, but please bear in mind it's not supported: https://documentation.red-gate.com/scg/sql-code-analysis-documentation/sql-code-guard-ssms-2016-add-in-deprecated
