I keep getting this shortcut has whitespace error

if I click cancel then SSMS 18.9.2 crashes/reboots - which is more than annoying, nearly every time I open/switch a solution, I change solutions nearly every 30 mins

if I turn the "enable Suggestions" off then the error doesn't happen, but what's the point in using SQL Prompt if I don't have the Intellisense/Code Completion working?

It looks like you have some empty snippets which may cause this error. Could you check if that's the case? They can be found:

I used this url https://documentation.red-gate.com/sp/troubleshooting/finding-the-sql-prompt-log-files
and used Verbose to find the problem with the Snippets
