How long do event alerts stay raised on overview page?

I've noticed that certain event alerts will show as the defined severity on the overview page, but after some time the server will show healthy again. For example, when we see a deadlock the overview page will show the server in Medium (Orange) state, but after checking a few hours later the server shows green again. Are the default durations documented? Is this configurable? Thanks!

    Thanks for reaching out to us regarding this.

    Firstly, would it be possible to see a screenshot of the Overviews page showing an example of an alert/server status? This is just to ensure I'm looking in the exactly the same place you are.

    Secondly, alerts are visible for a time period based on the Data retention setting for "Alert data".  You can amend the time period of alerts within the Data retention sections of the Configuration > Data settings page.
