Redgate Data Masker - Shuffle

I've configured a rule which shuffles 15 columns over a set of 116000 records.  However, when I start the rule, the system keeps running for at least 20 minutes before I manually stop the rule.
Is this a normal timeframe, and I should wait longer or are there any tips and tricks to make this run faster/correct?
