Notes on excluded items in comparison

Is there a way of attaching a note which explains why a particular  item which is excluded in a deployment?

    Hi @ejs

    Unfortunately, there's no functionality to add a note, however, if you were generating a deployment script to run at another time you could add a comment in the script.
