redgate product can't connect to license server after I reboot my computer

If I reboot my computer, my .Net Profiler, Memory Profiler can not be used, because it can not connect to your license server. I must uninstall them, and then install it again, it can connect to license server now.
This is really inconvenient. please help me to find the reason. and then, is there any offline activate methods?

    Please can you try upgrading to the latest version of the Redgate Client if you're not already on it?
