Getting same exception.

I am also getting the this exception. Same version of Management Studio and SQL Source Control as above.
In my case I am getting this when attempting to run a commit - after running through the compare process and is about to display changes I get the above exception.
This is only happening on one database, other databases are still working fine. It also has been working fine against this database recently - last commit was a bunch of stored procs, views, synonyms and some data (it also looks like it amended the RedGateDatabaseInfo.xml file - added lines for ExternalFileFormat, ExternalDataSource and ExternalTable). -
Ticket #246532 has been created for the issue.
The error you're getting indicates that our error reporting feature is failing, but there is likely an underlying error from the Get Latest tab that is the real problem.
The issue with reporting feature has been fixed in the SQL Source Control version 7.2.18. This is available at https://download.red-gate.com/checkforupdates/SQLSourceControl/SQLSourceControl_7.2.18.12103.exe

Cheers Sujay, that's solved my issue!

Installing SQL Source Control version 7.2.18, and then unlinking and relinking my database to Source Control resolved the issue.
